Pilot celebrated 100th Anniversary with Limited Edition The Seven Gods of Good Fortune Fountain Pen. The Seven Gods of Fortune are Ebisu, Daikokuten, Bishamonten, Benzaiten, Fukurokuju, Jurojin and Hoteison. The god Fukurokuju has his origins in China. He is the god of wisdom, luck, longevity, wealth and happiness.  Fukurokuju is characterized by the size of his head, being almost as large as the size of his whole body. He is represented wearing traditional Chinese costumes and carries a cane in one hand and in the other a scroll with writings about the world and usually accompanied by animals frequently used in Japan to symbolize a long life. The fountain pen in Yukari size has a 18kt gold nib and is complemented by gold trim. Each pen comes in a wooden box with a 50ml bottle of matching limited edition Iroshizuku ink and a leather pen wrap. Limited to 150 fountain pens.
